大玩家彩票极速快三堪萨斯国际学院负责实施工商管理学士学位、文学士学位和理学士学位合作办学学位项目，包括工商管理、金融学、国际经济与贸易、英语、信息管理与信息系统和护理学，共六个专业。大玩家彩票极速快三堪萨斯国际学院的博士、硕士学历教师为学院师资队伍的中坚力量，也为学院学科发展奠定了扎实的基础。
在教学管理上，大玩家彩票极速快三堪萨斯国际学院整合了大玩家彩票极速快三与美国堪萨斯州富特海斯州立大学（Fort Hays State University）两校优秀教学资源，结合中国社会经济发展实际，按照国际标准及惯例确立教学内容和教学模式，开展实践教学，学院各专业中有1/3的课程由美国堪萨斯州富特海斯州立大学（Fort Hays State University）聘用的美方教师进行授课，2/3课程由大玩家彩票极速快三授课。通过外籍教师全英语授课和英语原版教材的使用，强化对学生汉语、英语双语能力的培养，使其具备国际化的沟通交流能力、国际化的视野和国际化的思维方式。学院配备完善的教学硬件设施，并建有校外实习见习基地，为学生的学习和实践提供了良好的保证。学院实施住宿书院制育人模式作为全面落实立德树人根本任务的积极实践，双院协同育人，在住宿书院和堪萨斯国际学院之间建立了双导师制，联动融合促发展，为学生在选课、辅导学习、就业指导、心理咨询、勤工俭学和政治思想工作等方面提供了良好的服务。
The Kansas International School (KIS) is a Sino-foreign cooperative academic school that cooperates with Fort Hays State University (FHSU), Kansas, U.S.A., with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1902, Fort Hays State University is a public university located in Hays, Kansas. It is one of the first foreign universities recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China to grant Bachelor's degrees at a university in China.
The Kansas International School at Sias University is responsible for the implementation of the cooperative Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Arts (BA), and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees, including Finance, International Economy & Trade, English, Information Management and Information Systems, and Nursing. Teachers with Doctoral and Masters degrees form the backbone of the faculty and have laid a solid foundation for academic course creation at the school.
In terms of teaching management, the Kansas International School integrates the teaching resources of Sias University and Fort Hays State University to combine the reality of China's social and economic development, create teaching content, and refine the teaching management, according to international standards and practices. One-third of the course are taught in English by American teachers employed by Fort Hays State University, and the remaining two-thirds are taught by teachers from Sias University. The school is equipped with modern teaching hardware facilities, and has set up a campus internship base which helps students combine their theory with practice.
