学院党总支充分发挥党组织的政治领导核心作用，不断加强意识形态工作和统战工作的领导权，严格落实学院《党总支会议制度》和《党政联席会议制度》；加强党风廉政建设，积极开展教工的党建和政治思想教育工作，强化党支部的战斗堡垒作用，大力推进教师党支部书记“党建带头人、学术带头人”培育工程和“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室建设。学院以高质量党建工作带动我院教育教学事业发展，树立了我省中外合作办学的典范。

2005年12月，成立BGS系党支部。

2009年5月，成立国际教育学院总支部委员会。

2019年9月，成立中共西亚斯学院堪萨斯国际学院总支部委员会。现党总支成员有5人：副书记刘东伟，组织委员孙美娟，宣传委员张彩云，纪检委员赵正伟，统战委员。

党总支下辖三个教工党支部：行政教工党支部，书记赵正伟；英语教学系教工党支部，书记孙美娟；专业课程教学系教工党支部，书记。

学院现有中共党员34名。

       In December 2005, the Party Branch of BGS Department was established.

In May 2009, the General Branch Committee of the School of International Education was established.

In September 2019, the General Branch Committee of the Kansas International School of the Sias University was established. There are now five members of the General Party Branch: Vice Secretary Gui Pingping, Organizational Member Sun Meijuan, Publicity Member Zhang Caiyun, Discipline Inspection Member Zhao Zhengwei, and United Front Work Member.

The General Party Branch has three staff branches: Administrative Staff Branch, Secretary Zhao Zhengwei; English Teaching Department Staff Branch, Secretary Sun Meijuan; Professional Course Teaching Department Staff Branch, Secretary.

There are 34 members of the Communist Party in the College.
