       On March 22, 2023, Secretary Yu Xiaosheng, Party Secretary of the School of Logistics and Ecommerce of Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economics, led a team of teachers to visit Kansas International School for on-site research and exchange.

       会议初始，堪萨斯国际学院Matt院长首先欢迎河南牧业经济学院物流与电商学院的老师们来到堪萨斯国际学院考察交流，并向兄弟院校教师们介绍了我院基于“学生为中心”理念下的课堂“交互式”教学方式和手段，同时分享了教师如何创新性使用“学习通”“树维”等学习软件的经验。

        At the beginning of the meeting, Dean Matt of Kansas International School first welcomed the teachers from the Logistics and E-Business School of Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economics to Kansas International School for investigation and exchange, and introduced our "interactive" classroom teaching methods and means based on the "student-centered approach to learning" concept to the teachers from other colleges. At the same time, he shared the experience of teachers in innovative use of learning software such as "Chaoxing" and "Supwisdom".

       然后，第一专业课教研室主任谢启老师分享了西浦教学创新比赛的参赛课程整体的教学设计、过程性教学评价体系、比赛心得等。随后，专业课教研室青年教师代表李永乐老师分享并交流了“交互式”课堂的具体实行细节，并针对来访老师提出的问题给予了准确而又专业的解答。

       Then, Teacher Xie Qi, Director of the Teaching and Research Department of the First Professional Course, shared the overall teaching design, process teaching evaluation system, and competition experience of the participating courses in the Xipu Teaching Innovation Competition. Subsequently, young teachers from the Professional Teaching and Research Department, on behalf of Teacher Li Yongle, shared and exchanged specific implementation details of the "interactive" classroom, and provided accurate and professional answers to the questions raised by visiting teachers.

       最后，河南牧业经济学院物流与电商学院党委书记于晓胜和孙红霞老师团队与堪萨斯国际学院的青年教师们进行了热烈的教学方法、科技赋能教学、教学场景化教学的讨论。

       Finally, Secretary Yu Xiaosheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Logistics and Ecommerce of Henan University of Animal Husbandry Economics, and Sun Hongxia, the team of teachers, had a heated discussion with young teachers at Kansas International School on teaching methods, technology empowerment teaching, and teaching scenario based teaching.

       加强与兄弟院校的沟通交流，促进青年教师相互学习、不断进步，是堪萨斯国际学院进行院院交流、院校交流的出发点与主要目的。我院将不断向兄弟院校汲取经验，同时将堪萨斯国际学院“以学生为中心”的教学模式继续发扬传播。

       Strengthening communication and exchange with brother universities and promoting mutual learning and continuous progress among young teachers is the starting point and main purpose of Kansas International School's academic and institutional exchanges.
